As a member of The Women's Culinary  Network, Andrea's love of food has taken her to numerous arenas where  she coaches the basics of whole food cooking.  Her highly successful column:  “You Are What You Ate, You'll Become What You Eat” has been revered worldwide in the luxurious JO LEE Magazine.  It's impact on 'how to live longer and dine on great food' is a testament to:  ‘you'll become what you eat’ and that is a well being!


Andrea and her husband Trevor have two boys - Cameron and Stowe.
