Cucumber Cups with Spicy Soba Noodles

Cucumber, soba noodles, rice wine vinegar, pickled ginger, chili-garlic paste,  sambul-olek, cilantro, sesame oil, black sesame seeds.

Vegetarian  Sushi

Sushi rice, nori, rice wine vinegar, mirin, sesame seeds.  Fillings  will include avocado, cucumber, and red pepper.  Served with soy  sauce, wasabi and pickled ginger.

Bocconcini  & Tomato Skewers with Pesto

Bocconcini, grape tomatoes, olive oil, basil, garlic, parmesan, pine  nuts, lemon juice.

Mediterranean  Spreads with Crostini

Goat Cheese spread: Goat cheese, cream cheese, green onions, sundried tomatoes, parsley, and garlic.

Roasted Red Pepper Hummus: Chick peas, red pepper, lemon juice, tahini,  garlic, parsley, olive oil.

Served with Whole wheat Crostini and Rice crackers.

Crispy phyllo pastry filled with tart chevre and topped with a salad of tomatoes, roasted garlic, basil and olive oil.

Crudités  with Roasted Onion Dip

Seasonal vegetables including asparagus, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, cauliflower, peppers and homemade bread sticks served with a savory dip.

Miniature  Fancy Sandwiches – 2 Varieties

Apple  and Sharp Cheddar served on Artisan style walnut bread with Honey Dijon.

Asparagus  Pinwheels with Lemon Mayonnaise.

Jumbo  Shrimp Cocktail

Succulent  jumbo shrimp served with Tomato-Horseradish Dip.

Rosemary-Lemon  Chicken Skewers

Tender  strips of chicken flavored with Fresh Rosemary and Lemon.

Can  be served warm or at room temperature.

Edible  Strawberry Topiaries

Juicy  and Fragrant strawberries tastefully presented as topiaries.
